I'm not indicating that this is what Bows thinks. I'm just saying that his post makes perfect sense to me. She's postponing the AGM so that she has more time to complete the P.P. !!! That way when all those shares are in her favor she may have voting power and can possibly vote out any directors we try to bring in.. This is no longer about Tesoro or gold or managing a company for the benefit of the shareholders! This is now a power struggle!!

Correct me if I'm wrong. Just my opinion.
