No shareholder in their right mind would even consider contributing to that PP anyway. They see it for what it is, a blatant attempt to take back control of a company thats supposed to not have anything worth while, ridiculous for ant shareholder to even think of diluting their selves any further when there is no need. Its a game, and somebody is trying real hard to get something that is supposed to be worth nothing, whats wrong with this picture?
