I don't think President can fire the directors either. I get the feeling that our CEO (for the lack of a better term) convinced the other two directors to resign, and in all honest, I dont think they were doing anything for the company anyways, as far as managerial rolls go, and it would have been hard for them to justify why they should remain directors.
