I was looking at this a bit early this morning and was tired, but I believe I saw something in there that is not in the shareholders best interest, all things considered to date, and that she may not be able to keep cancelling the AGM, and may have to restore it back to the first set date or so. Our best interests may be at jeopardy because of this policy that is desingned to protect the majority, not the minority. So, if it is taken advantage of us, it should not apply, and because of clause 8 in the policy, I would render it and its current use, a violation to shareholders right in this circumstance. I wouldn,t be surprised to see the AGM date reinstated.
