Has anyone yet nailed down what timeframe that the SLI AGM needs to be held?

I would also like to know what reason has been given to anyone regarding the cancellation of said AGM. Is it possible the BCSC has already stepped in?

Basically I'm tired of the IGD proxy vote thread, so I started this one. I'm not really expecting an answer form anyone, just fishing.
