I was just going through the Q & A on the SLI homepage and I noticed that the answer to the AGM question was changed, but it doesn't show anywhere that it has been revised. The date of the posting hasn't been changed either. It makes me a little leery that other questions could also be motified or altered without any sort of notification.

The Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for 11 a.m. on November 30, 2012 has been cancelled to allow for additional time for St. Elias to engage in discussions with a proposed new director nominee with world class expertise, and to discuss other aspects of the composition of the Board with the TSX Venture Exchange. The Company will announce a new Meeting date and record date in due course.
