Regardless of whether anything has been used at Tesoro or not, the question was "Does St. Elias Mines use a device that can measure (reasonably) the mineralization of the core on site."

So they falsely answered the question when they originally said "NO", as the question never pinpointed any location, it just asked if the company ever uses such a device.
