Regarding your question,
With all the information that doesn't seem to make sense surrounding SLI...Murry listed on the homepage as a director and not on the Proxy actually makes perfect sense.
Murry is currently a director and will technically remain so until the completion of this years proxy voting is completed (that is why he is listed as director on the website)....due to the TSX's new non-staggered board requirements, once voting is complete he will not remain as a director, because he would have been required to be nominated for re-election by either the company or the dissident group which is not the case.
The company has nominated the 4 current directors (other than Murry) and 1 new person who would take the director seat vacated by Murry.
The dissident group has nominated 5 new people to take all 5 directors seats which would be vacated by the 5 current directors.
