I would be happy to vote the white proxy if I believed that your intentions are aligned with integrity. I haven't been able to find any proof of that...so then I look to another ballot...

The people I choose to vote for will have integrity, transparency, honesty, morality, sobriety, wisdom, and the best interest of the company will be held in highest regard. They will treat the shareholders of this company with dignity and respect. They will dismantle the three ring circus it has become and rebuild it into the company we all believed it to be in the beginning.

If you had stayed the course, Ms. McClenahan, you would now not be putting out the fires you lit with what appears to be greed and pride. If you had stayed the course you wouldn't be spending peoples hard earned money on your own self-indulgences.

You had a company with forward momentum and a good CEO would have capitalized on that. You chose not to, so I choose not to vote your white proxy or for anything else you might suggest to CYA.
