It looks to me like a CEO that has tried to build a junior exploration company, failed miserably and has lost faith in her ability to turn this company around and thus liquidated her holdings almost entirely.

..which begs the question why fight for the company and your position so vehemently?

Two answers are possible IMO

She has in fact not lost faith due to knowledge of the company's assets the public is not yet privy to (certainly she couldn't still believe based on currently release public information right?)

or

She simply enjoys the salary and benefits...why not collect 2 full time CEO salaries and benefits packages while working part time for each company(SLI and IGD)...instead of collecting 1 full time CEO salary and benefits package and having to work full time for it.

BOTH are reasons to vote GREEN...or frankly for the paperweight on your desk...I suggest GREEN however as the paperweight would only be a slight improvment.
