Steps

1. Phone your bank where you hold your shares

2. Tell them you maybe recording the conversation

3. Tell them you want your CONTROL NUMBERS to vote the GREEN PROXY (dissident shareholders) for St. Elias Mines

4. They will probably say they will call you back with them ASAP

5. They will also give you, or make sure they give you a CASE number before you hang up. This number allows them to quickly bring up your file.

6. Do not wait forever for them to get back to you. Phone them back if it takes a second over 24 hours to get the control numbers.

7. Once you have your control numbers, go to the proxy vote website and vote online. Voting Link https://east-online.proxyvote.com/pv/web...key=proxy.

8. If something doesn't seem right, or does not work for you. Get ahold of someone the has done it all ASAP.
