The following is what we went through today with CD in order to get our new Control Numbers for the Green Proxy: Our St.Elias Mines Voting Process Friday, December 14, 2012 9:48am Called CD. Was told to fax them permission to get our Green Proxy numbers from the transfer agent on our behalf. 10:25am Faxed CD our letter of permission. 10:38am Called CD to confirm they received the fax and that they sent the request through to the transfer agent. 11:43am Sent email to support@credentialdirect.com requesting Green Proxy numbers. Was informed to email, it would be faster. Keep calling to check up, our numbers should be available to us. 11:46am Called CD to confirm they received the email. She will forward it on to the transfer agent and when they get the numbers to CD, CD will forward them on to us. She isn't withholding information, is what she told me because I questioned why some people already had their numbers. There was a backlog of requests that they just received today and that's why some have received their numbers today. 1:39pm Received a call from 1-778-372-1480 (CDRep) saying that the new Control Numbers were sent to us via email. 1:50pm I called CD to see where our email was because we didn't have it in our inbox. He checked, said that he has the numbers and he will try to get them to send them again. 1:55pm Received email from CD with our new Control Numbers. Double checked them with the Control Numbers from the White Proxy and they were different. 2:00pm Watched the how to vote video posted on You Tube. 2:15pm Using the link from Agoracom, voted using all of our new Control Numbers for the Green Proxy. 2:20pm Received email confirmation from Proxy Vote confirming all of our votes.
