I sent an email to CD and followed up with a phone call. The lady said they received my email and will forward it on to the transfer agent. Once the transfer agent gets the Control Numbers for our accounts and sends them to CD, CD will forward them on to us. Again by early next week this should happen I'm being told. I asked how people are already getting their Control Numbers and she said people had requested earlier and there was a backlog of information they just received today, that's how some have got their numbers already. She said she isn't withholding any information, if she had it she would give it to me. Frustrating!!
