The WHITE proxies are no longer needed for anyone that will be voting for the dissident group. These White proxies can be thrown away.

Around this time tomorrow, all institutions,banks, places where your shares are held, should have CONTROL NUMBERS that match up to the GREEN proxies.

1. Call your bank/institution where your shares are held and ask for the control numbers for ALL accounts FOR THE GREEN PROXY ONLY that you may have. Make sure your CONTROL NUMBERS REPRESENT ALL THE SHARES YOU HAVE IN YOUR ACCOUNTS.

2. Once you have these control number/s, you go to this site,

Or you can type "proxyvote.com" in your search engine and that will take you to the same place.

3.Enter your 12 digit CONTROL NUMBER. This will open you up to your voting proxy where you may vote.

4. Follow instructions carefully on the site to ensure that your vote gets completed and recorded successfully. Don't forget to hit submit at the bottom when finished,

5) Repeat the process for each CONTROL NUMBER associated with each different account if you have more than 1 investment account.


Also, you may wish a copy for future records. There is a box that you can have confirmation of your voting sent to your email if you desire.
Just fill in your email in the appropriate box.


ALL VOTING SHOULD BE DONE BY 11 AM VANCOUVER TIME,DEC 20TH/2012 ONLINE, WHEREAS ALL PROXIES HAVE TO BE WITH OLYMPIA TRUST BY THE CUTOFF DATE OF 11 AM VANCOUVER TIME ,DEC 21ST/2012. IT TAKES 24 HOURS FOR THE PROXY VOTE COMPANY TO GET THE TALLY TO OLYMPIA TRUST. SO VERY IMPORTANT!!!! VOTE BEFORE 11 AM VANCOUVER TIME THURSDAY DECEMBER 20/2012!!!


SO, we are now voting online, and anyone you know that does not have internet, (which should be very few these days), could you please help these people with their voting if they desire whereas the mail option will not work because of timing and the fax option would still require getting access to the proxy online. It may be easier if there are questions, to post them directly to the forums, whereas other voters may have similar questions and all can see the answers instead of some of us getting individual emails asking the same questions which can become very time consuming. You will not need the white proxy control number.The control number assigned to the GREEN PROXY is different than the WHITE PROXY. Therefore, when you punch in your control number for the GREEN PROXY, IT WILL ONLY OPEN UP TO THE DISSIDENT PROXY, IF BY SOME CHANCE THAT THE BROKER GAVE YOU THE WHITE PROXY NUMBER, YOU ARE GONNA KNOW IT IMMEDIATELY WHEN YOU SEE THAT ITS LORIS PROXY, YOU JUST EXIT OUT, CALL YOUR BROKER FOR THE CORRECT GREEN PROXY CONTROL NUMBER IF THIS HAPPENS.
