Been on phone 13/4 hr with Scotia I trade, they will give me white control numbers, but totally out and out REFUSE to give me the GREEN control numbers, when set up accounts 11 years ago we ticked off " Non disclosure agreement " , so this means they can give me Management but not 3rd party opposition, I may have raised my voice a tad because i went through 3 desk people and 1 manager who totally refused to budge on giving green numbers in the end,before he hung up on me. Have call into Gill and will be going into bank here when opens, deffinately will be switching banks. So if some are getting same run a round that too may be the reason.
