Thanks for the contact info. I have called the incompetant staff at CIBC Investers Edge twice now, both with no results. 1st call they gave me SLI's office number, the 2nd call I was told they'd need till the end of the week to get back to me. I have called Ally and left her a message. Will see what happens.
