I called CIBC on Friday and got a name and Reference number from a guy who told me that he would call me the same day or today (monday). Got no call, so I called them again but could not get throught to the same guy, but was told that one of the 2 would call me this afternoon with the numbers. He said that they are having system problems to get the numbers.

Lets see how it all comes out.
