I have just been informed by a shareholder that a representative of a Scotia branch advised that shareholders go to the top, supervisors and managers,when calling. Scotia can do this manually to get your GREEN PROXY CONTROL NUMBERS, DON,T TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER. Also, TAPE your calls, and tell them you may be taping the call, whether you are or not, it will prompt action on their part. This is totally unacceptable what Scotia is doing and will eminate into a more profound embarrassment for them, should this incompetence continue.
