I just got off the phone with TD Waterhouse...I phoned yesterday for my numbers and they were unable to give them to me right away, said they would call back and didn't. I called again later and they were still unable to give me the control number. I did however take the guy's name and extension so if you are interested, I can give it to anyone having trouble. He seemed to know what was going on.

I called this morning and they had my number on file. When I asked about the "green proxy" - he said "yes, the opposition proxy" so maybe it's the terms that are being used?? just a thought.
