If you are having trouble getting a green proxy control number for the shares you hold in a Scotia Itrade account, contact Santokh (that's his first name - didn't get his last name) at 416-775-5552. I called him this morning and he called me back around 2:30 MST to give me my control number. He left the control number on my voice mail. Good luck!
