You know, the more that I witness recent attempts by present management to manipulate and deceive shareholders, the more amazed I become at the BIZARRE nature of their actions. This has got to be one of, if not THE most, twisted investments I've ever been involved with. I'm baffled by management's behavior, which in large part, seems to be at least very unethical, if not illegal - it leaves me shaking my head ( to quote someone infamous on this board - hint - starts with S and ends with I ). I find it hard to believe that it is legal for management to hire Georgeson to fight against their own shareholders. IMO
