If we win this Green Proxy thing with a majority on the BOD of 3 out of 5 . Wouldn't we have control of the company and then have the right to arrange the 2013 AGM which could be held in Jan. or Feb. At that time we could vote out the two remaining WHITE directors. Just a thought for what it's worth.
