I remember that Lori handed a considerable amount of SLI shares over to someone as gifts as she was selling a few months back. I forget the exact amount, but believe it was around 200,000 shares or more.

So, I was looking at insider trading of IGD lately and see that she bought 284,000 shares of IGD on the market between Nov 8th -20th. Then on Nov 29th, she turns around and gives someone, as a gift, 500,000 shares. The record date for IGD for voting at their AGM was Nov13th, yet she continued to buy after that date, which would suggest she wasn,t buying for voting shares.

I wonder where these gifts of shares went and to who?

On a side note Lloyd sold 198,000 shares of SLI between Feb16-23/ 2012 around .70 or so.

I also see he resigned as an IGD director at the same time he resigned as a SLI director.
