Ok, just got a little info from Vancouver. Our friend Molson is there, however, not allowed in the meeting. But the tidbits that are being heard by Molson, are:

The green proxies were disallowed, by the chair (Lori) of the meeting. Looks as though further action, or progress will have to continue in the courts.

IMO, this was not a surprise to any of us. I don't think anyone thought it would be a done deal today.

I know this is very vague, however, I was asked to put it on, as many people are awaiting any sort of news.
