Is the meeting still ongoing seven hours later? I don't think so.
So, you have to ask yourself why are shareholders and members of this forum who are normally very forthcoming with their opinions not posting the FACTS of the meeting? There must have been a serious meeting of the dissidents and supportive shareholders after the AGM concluded. A strategy must be in the works and the group is trying to come out with a release. Those in attendance must be holding to their word to not talk on the forum until all shreholders can have access to the information at the same time.
This is all speculative on my part, but would seem to make the most sense as to why no word has come out of Vancouver for so many hours. I wish I was home in Vancouver as I would surely have been at the meeting. But, holidays and a badly scheduled AGM sees me waiting it out with family in Alberta.
