Right now we need strong shareholders to fight for what they think is right. Of course it won't be easy, but the courts should make the decisions going forward, not Lori. The only way for us to win is for our shareholders to stick together, like we did in voting, only this time we all have to open our wallets to share in this ultimate fight. If each shareholder gives the Green team a little money (say 5% equivalent of their investment) we should have more than enough money to fight this battle in court.
It's all up to the shareholders at this point. Do you want to lay down your arms after you really won the proxy battle or let the so called winner (who actually lost the proxy fight) claim victory because we didn't have the solidarity or the strength to fight and win? I'm going to fight as part of the team for a change of management, just as the majority of our shareholders have voted for.
If each shareholder will donate even $500 or $1000 for this battle we should easily have enough funding for this battle. Please don't roll over and allow us to be steam rolled. Just look at your account and see what you have left in value of your SLI shares and you'll see what I mean. We only have strength if all shareholders stick together in this fight.
Ask yourself what you have to lose. Hasn't the value of your shares already been decimated? If we don't spend a few dollars each (as part of a team) what will we end up with?.
If we fight, we stand to control the outcome of SLI's future.
I SAY.... We can win if we stick together as we did in the voting. Look at what we accomplished! Ask your fellow shareholders to help us fight. It only takes a few bucks each and we become a power house!
