You may wish to read the post; A shareholders perspective of the 2012 AGM IMPORTANT , for help with some things you may wish to say in your letter, that I put on yesterday here. I suggest that if you havent already, to check other investor boards you may know of, there may be some other ideas on some of those boards to include in your letters if you wish. The main topic should be how can Lori throw away all our votes? We knew how and who we were voting for, the dissident nominees, and if we would have had more time to get our votes in, it would have been a much larger majority of shareholders that wanted the current CEO and BOD out. Some may wish to identify the current board as bully,s even, discriminating against a majority in such a manner?
