An excellent post as usual Stewie!
May I suggest the recent actions at our AGM may have been the straw to break the camels back, sort to speak? The ludicracy of what has been happening with this majority of SLI shareholders cannot continue, its infiltrating and affecting so many parts of our society, as you alluded to in your post. The embarrassment to the different levels of the judicial system will be significant if this violation or even a slanted discriminatory scenario continues. Its ridiculous for shareholders to have to spend money on lawyers to fight something that isn,t legal. The accountability and legal fees should rest with the regulators for allowing these things to occur and it should not even be a challenge of the shareholders.
A manner of interpretation of laws should be irrelevant when one knows what is right and just. When written words decide that a knowing or common sense can be manipulated, I question the whole validity of a society.
IMO
