Again - How does the ceo of a publicly traded company disallow a vote for a change in the BOD LEGALLY ? What are the mechanics of it ? what legal technicality allows her to disallow an allegedly overwhelming vote to remove her and her current BOD - this whole notion of " disallow " regarding the BOD determination - the word disallow has no business being connected to a democratic vote involving a public, shareholder controlled company - does this indicate that the green side actually lost ? This whole process has left me incredulous that we have only had statements from lori's side and nothing from the dissident side - kind of similar to the removal of Murray Braucht - one terse statement about being terminated with cause - and that's it. Nobody questions it, no further info released in a timely manner to the shareholders - is this also an indication that Lori has somehow put a muzzle on them too - this sort of thing typifies a dictatorship - not a democracy. I'm tempted out of frustration over this whole SECRECY thing to vent some nasty things on this board - I guess simply for DECORUM 'S sake I won't at this time .PS Dissident 001 - remove your head from your backside and do a little dd on Lori and company's actions the last two years - it doesn't take a rocket scientist to clearly see an exceedingly obvious pattern emerging !!!!!
