May I please suggest the following;

Please thank them for stepping in on the Shareholders behalf and apparently declining the 50 - 100 million share Private Placement.

We also thank them that Management held the AGM in the last calendar year, (after two cancellations.)

If you write you could ask them to please intervene on the shareholders behalf again; that we were not misled by the Dissident Group, and

that we knew exactly how we were voting, and that we appeal to them to exercise their authority and remove the current self appointed management.

We seek their co-operation to uphold the votes of the majority of the shareholders over 62 million against approximately 5 million. ( The latter figure is from

one of the management team, officially we don't have the exact number.)

Their assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.
