Management then just tossed our votes out the window to save us from ourselves. Yes apparently the chair (you know who) had the power to make that decision.

But wait a minute...isn't that chairperson on the management team that we voted against.

Well... you see....WE are all stupid and needed to be saved from making a bad decision after reading the Green circular and voting against management.

In other words....If this is allowed to continue it apppears we are powerless against management IMO.

Don't fret...management will do the right thing for us shareholders!
