The offer to Gil and Darcy is an obvious attempt by Lori to save her job. If she can get them on "her board" without a majority vote they would be renderred useless! The Green Proxy won us the right to replace at least 3 members of the board with 'Dissident" directors. Thus we would control the board and in all liklihood Lori would be fired as President and CEO.
