Mimi, I totally agree with your comment about Lori being willing to oust 2 of her current board of directors and replace them with Gil and Darcy. But one has to wonder how long they would have actually been out of a job, because I'm sure if the Hastman's would have agreed to jump on board with her, she would have made sure that their positions were short lived and 'presto!!' the original board members would be back in play.
