61,000,000 x .005 = $305,000
More than enough to support a legal dispute of Lori's proxy ruling.
It is unfair to ask every share holder to contribute at an equal level while some shareholders have only a few thousand shares while others have millions.
So if you have 100,000 shares you should contribute $500. If you have a million it should be $5000. If you have 10,000 it should be $50. Fair is Fair.
