It's funny you brought that up Sculp.

At minute 19:15 of the conference call, Lori is explaining why she asked Bains and St. James for their resignations. She said that they didn't contribute anything in the 12-14 years they served the company, except to exercise options and take the money off of the table. She states, "Anyone can go back and check this out, factual or not, but they never really contributed anything to St. Elias what so ever."

She then goes on to say how she has done everything to build her position, so Sculps comment made me think twice. So I checked it out, and was surprised to see how many shares she dumped, via Senojoc, in the month of February.

So at the conference call, she was speaking out of one side of her mouth, and selling shares out of the other. But there is no point in asking her why because she would just tell us it is none of our business.
