I'm not sure if my post was clearly written, but the premise of it had no intent to suggest anything to do with Donations or the BCSC taking actions on their own.

...but since you brought up a number of points in reply to my post and addressed me.. I will respond.

You like every shareholder has the right to decide whether they want to or can support the dissident group financially so whether you do or don't is of no concern to me...you will donate when you are finally convinced to do so...or you won't... it's very simple.

As for the Dissident Group waiting for the BCSC to step in...do you honestly believe that is what is happening? Really?

I can guarantee that they are weighing all legal options and will proceed accordingly based on very competent legal counsel.

I apologize if this comes across confrontational but, I think it's very unfair to vilify the dissidents actions, considering they too have lost boatloads of money due to the SP collapse...even so that didn't stop them from stepping up with tens of thousands of dollars of their money to give you and I an alternative to the current destructive management group to vote for.

You have every right to donate or not...nobody suggests otherwise ...but understand clearly that until they take their rightful place on the Board of SLI they are just shareholders like you and I and owe us absolutely nothing...the only difference between them and you and I...they ponied up a boatload of their hard-earned cash to fight for this company and against tyranny.

Considering the alternative...I'm eternally grateful...why you appear not to be is really hard for me to understand.
