Look over your shoulder. See that.... it is the elephant in the room that a few still refuse to acknowledge.

Little to nothing was happening to advance the properties, and what was happening was all smoke and mirrors!!! That is why the dissident's became involved. That is why 91% of the share holders will gladly wait until she and her current board are gone before letting her continue as she was before!

It would be a dream come true if what they said was true and that "nothing will happen" until the disident issue is resolved. How much do you want to bet that is not another lie and the travel and promotion budget line won't continue to increase even though they claim, "nothing will happen".

They love spending company money travelling about. They have had well over a year to put that money into drilling properties and telling us what they have found. Now that they know 91% are against them they will care even less for shareholders than they did before (if that is possible). Why drill when they can travel and spend money frivilously? Wonder what the meal allowance is per day? Are they buying wine, room service? For the company I work for, I would be fired if I spent any money outside of food on the food allowance. Wonder if we can get a copy of some reciepts?

Would love to see a breakdown on how they can spend so much on travel and promotion and so little on development and exploration of the properties. Freeze drilling and assays, but keep travelling and "promoting".
