Quoting Bushboy -

"i spoke with management and nothing will happen till the dissident are out of the way. So the longer the dissidents drag this on there are still cost while there is no activity."

You have been told directly from the company that management is not going to do their jobs, and you think the dissidents are to blame for that? It's quite obvious to any rational person that the individuals refusing to to their jobs are to blame for refusing to do their jobs. Especially while taking a paycheck.

I read your post, and I think immediately of current managements astounding incompetence and sense of entitlement to our money. You somehow feel that you should defend management after hearing that? You should be demanding management to resign! The dissidents are not holding anything up, current management is! (I use the term "management" loosely) The people who are admittedly draining our coffers while also admittedly ignoring their responsibilities are to blame. How can you possibly not see that?

I wish they would issue a news release stating what you have presented to us. They're not doing their jobs because they are pouting? Is that their official stance? Aren't these people supposed to be adults? Are they on strike? How can you possibly accept that statement from them and put blame anywhere but squarely on them????

Try this tactic at your job and see what happens. Go in tomorrow and tell your boss you refuse to work, and you will continue to do so until you have a guarantee that nobody will attempt to replace you, regardless of how horrible you are at your job. Do this while forging the paperwork to issue yourself shares for the company you work for; declare that it has been approved and ignore any statements to the contrary. See if your boss blames the new candidates for your position, or fires you on the spot.

Please give your head a thorough shake.

I am curious to know how Lori's refusal to work will affect the big picture of the company. I haven't seen current management do anything that could be considered beneficial for shareholders for quite some time. I have, however, seen them take actions in what seems to be a contrived effort to destroy the share price. If they sit on their hands for a while, it just might be a good thing.

At the very least, travel expenses should stop.

All in my opinion.
