I find it very disconcerting that Lori can so easily put out a news release with negativity in it everytime , and deem it material, whereas upon numerous occasions, she refrains from putting out good news publicly and we have to dig through other sources to find the good things.
For example, it appears that exploration work on at least 2 of our B.C. properties was done back in Nov, no news releases yet about that even starting or saying what was done, Molson found this the other night on Thom and Dorians website. There has been many more cases of her not reporting things like this, yet she seems intent of releasing only the news that will have a negative effect on the stock.
Another thing, looks like she lied again, people called and asked about the private placement of which she speaks in this news release (NR), and were told it was full. But here she now comes out and says she couldn,t fill it. I would call this blatantly trying to destroy the company, if you go by facts. She denied possible placees the chance of entering the PP by telling them it was full, hence in turn, these possible placees spread the word what they were told, that it was full, so it clearly discouraged anymore or any new interests that may have filled it totally or at least in part. This would be considered a financially destructive act to the company on the BOD,s part and is blatant to see to anyone, let alone the regulators.
Its ludicrous and ridiculous that the regulators act like they are scared of Lori and dont enforce protection of the shareholders involved here. Does she hold something over them? Cause none of this makes any sense under the laws of this country why it is allowed to continue. Maybe she does have the biggest gold find in history, unbeknown to us,and is above the law, owns the regulators and maybe even this country?
Just some speculation and IMO.
