It appears this document may have been ready to be released around Aug 16 th/2011, but wasnt until Oct/2011. Maybe because a PP was proposed in Aug/2011 around $1.80 and wasn,t filled til Oct/2011, that it couldn,t be released? Or maybe this is just a coincidental timing? And its very odd to see a sp drop by about 30% plus after a report of this magnatude was released to the public, more or less confirming the expectations of the potential of this property, of this forum.
