I banned Primed and will ban any more posters that come on here supporting management and their actions. Its very clear to every investor that Lori lied about Quantec being on the property in Peru and working on a day to day basis with us. We have documentation of this and can supply undeniable evidence in court of this as well as other contradictory statements.

I will not stand by here any longer and allow these puppets of sort to insult our intelligence by their creative ways of distortion. They have provided us with ample evidence now of their ridiculous intent of disrupting this board and telling 91% of the shareholder vote that they are wrong.

We are in a big battle here, and Agoracom knows of the tricks that comes along with these kinds of battles. Agoracom helped investors with Aurelian and Noront, and this will undoubtedly be another battle that will go in their books by letting us very strong shareholders get our story out publicly and show the injustice that is allowed to occur in these markets.

In these current times, many investors of many companies, not just ours, are getting to their end of being manipulated and taking advantage of by the big market players and selfish management. You are seeing it almost daily, of BOD,s ,CEO,S etc, getting thrown out of their positions by invesrtors that have just have had enough of getting taken advantage of and getting treated like trash. There is no need for this kind of greed and selfishness in the markets where it always have the sharks feeding off the muppets. The sharks walking away with full pockets of the muppets money. The muppets outnumber the sharks 1000,s to one at least...... and all the money in the world cannot stop something as strong as that if it were to rise.

We play by the laws, but when the laws are unfair, it sends a different message.

There is no integrity in these present markets, but there will be, or the markets will be unable to exist. There are a lot of eyes on this situation, and we are only getting stronger as time goes on. The ludicrousy of a 91% vote being thrown away and seeminly condoned by the financial system cannot exist in this world today. The regulators as well as all levels of governments have a huge problem on their hands that is only escalating as each day passes.

To look into the eyes of many shareholders and see their belief and loyalty to this investment after all we have been through is totally amazing.Some have lost a lot on paper right now, but they know enough to know that Quantec, historical data, regional data does not lie. And a couple even told me, to see Lori driving around in a big limo and drinking expensive bottles of wine at the Four Seasons recently, while many shareholders lifes savings are very low because of many questionable things with this stock and not enough information released over time to make reasonable investment decisions, made them very angry and disgusted. And to see supporters coming here and supporting management for all past actions and saying its right to throw away 91% of the vote? No way, enough is enough!!
