I believe this is several times now that Lori has made threats with these news releases of defamation suits, but hasn,t followed through. If by chance she did get it to court, it would most likely be thrown out with Lori responsible for court charges and paying the defendents costs. After much crying wolf from her over the years, I don,t believe a judge would take lightly to seeing her intent of silencing free speech, as could easily see her motive. Also, if it did go to court, there is most likely ample evidence collected over the years that could support a solid defence for any accused. I would go as far as to say, one could most likely self represent in this case successfully, without need for a lawyer. But I don,t believe any of these defamation suits by her could even get through the doors of the court, once all is considered.
