lol, what is she fighting so hard for? If this was only a little ole venture stock, the BOD could have walked away numerous times and saved face. Instead they go against all odds, and apparently laws, to remain in power of this little ole company. There is no doubt in my mind that the Tesoro is huge, as all historic data supports this, perhaps the BOD think this as well?
