I missed the link on your post as I was too busy reading the response you got from BCSC.

I sent mine in today from the other coast, as I posted earlier, and got the identical canned reply as expected. I only hope it wasn't an automated reply and that someone actually read the complaint before the reply button was clicked. I did get an inquiry log number though, so I can follow this up when required.

For those who, like me, are not computer experts you can try out the way I actioned my complaint.

I opened the link, saved it to my documents and typed in the info they reqested of me and what I wanted to say. When finished, I opened "compose" on my email, typed in the BCSB email address found at the bottom of the link,attached the document and sent it. I now have my complaint on my computer document file. One more round in our salvo.

Please everyone, if you havn't yet put in a greivance, try the above. The hard part is just saying, "I'm having my say too." and shouldering up with us on the "green" front. IMO
