Keep in mind, the opinions on this site are for the most part speculation and are not necessarily the opinions of the company WITHOUT PREJUDICE
Well, IMO, you have a little mixed bag here, but yes, SLAPP appears to be a constituent in the defamation suit in a way that its trying to silence a few of us posters. We are most comfortable that we can easily defend ourselves against this frivolous suit whereas I don,t believe anything ever said on the boards couldn,t be backed up by facts, or they wouldn,t have been said, imo. Some of the very reasons for shareholders actions in the past has been because of the consistent spending on travel and promotion, while it seems we wait unusually long periods for any material news from a property that has huge potential.
I believe Lori has tried the offensive here in a last ditch effort to retain her credibility and to perhaps draw the attention away from some other areas of concern. IMO, the ole mother bird with the broken wing, trying to lead the fox away from the nest trick. As I have mentioned before, I believe the suspicious trading before news that knocked our sp down in Jan 2012 , should be examined, it may be there that a conspirator may be found. I believe in an adage of the old days when looking at trading anomalies, the words, "the tape doesn,t lie", could be a hint to reveal who and why the SP was hit before substantial news at that time. Also, I find it very odd that IIROC did not halt the stock at that time, perhaps the sp plunge missed their tripping mechanism, but I do seem to recall that perhaps an investor or two called the regulators and alerted them at that time. On Jan 11 th 2012, there was probably around $70 million erased from the market cap in just one day, I can,t see how IIROC didn,t see this. For this stock to be allowed to continue to trade after over a $100 million was erased from the market cap without being halted by the regulators, made me feel safe that this was not a scam, and all my research of the properties supported this. And when you consider a year has gone by and no wrong doing by anyone has been revealed, no investor should not have the scam scenario as a part of their thinking by now. So, this hypothesis rules out that this is a scam, and the historic data and properties fully support this idea. I knew/know that I am protected by the regulators, they publicly proclaim this through more than one avenue, so with this reassurance, I never sold nor I feel I have to now.
This is an interactive chart by the way for viewing purposes of the questionable days of trade mentioned above, and more.

So what is going on here, the drill results as released are not indicative of the property nor the geophysics,imo. We have heard Lori say, maybe more than once, that geophysics is not an exact science. However, we see this statement on Quantecs web site, " Quantec surveys indicate the position, volume and alteration of your resource. So, you can confidently create your drill program, ensure better results for financing, and remove the expense of unnecessary drilling." , which I totally agree with, is suggesting to me to be pretty darn accurate when you can deliniate and measure as per above. I will also add, that I have shown you different examples over time of other projects with anomalies and the accuracy of their drills hitting the targets, confirming the accuracy of geophysics.

We have been told that we prove up properties and sell them, this claim could be seen on the companies SLI website, however, the manner in which the property was drilled, would suggest not a proving up of known gold deposition on the property, rather a scattered drill program that had no chance of proving anything under the old methods of delineating a resource, after approx $4 million dollars was spent. However again, if the Quantec is as accurate as it states above, perhaps a new method of proving up a resource has arrived, by which a very limited amount of holes is required in each area or anomaly, but then, why are we not seeing this in the drill results released?
You can also see this statement below on Quantecs website to their customers;
If having all the details about your project is important to you, call Quantec’s team of geophysical experts to talk about your site objectives–free of charge.
Some of the above may be speculative in nature, but the facts disallow me to be very. I back up everything I ever say about the property having huge potential 500% , the historic facts and deductive reasoning will not allow me to speculate to any large degree.
Every reader has their own choice on how they percieve this post, there are many more facts available that support my way of thinking on this, and they have been posted here over the last few years. I could put them all here in this post, but I would be hours summarizing them and I have already been over an hour writing this one.
Anything I write here can be copied and sent to the regulators as well. This is my voice and it is my true beliefs, I can,t be intimidated and no human on this Earth will ever take my voice from me.
thank you
