I understand your frustrations Ed, but by sitting idly by waiting on a court date while our treasury is being depleted daily, may be unwise. I believe we must keep our end up and keep awareness to the public out there. Grave concerns have been submitted to the regulators about our financial position which expresses the essense of time in our situation. Here is a piece below what Bill Rice, from the CSA, and Alberta Securities said to investors.

EDMONTON - The Alberta Securities Commission does not receive enough information or co-operation from people who have been burned by investments gone bad through mismanagement or fraud, says Bill Rice, the regulatory body’s chairman.
“One thing we would like very much is more help from investors. They are reluctant to come forth and speak to us,” Rice said Tuesday from his Calgary office. “They are reluctant to give us information. They are reluctant to get us involved. And we really wish they were more prepared to come and give us some help. Often they appear to be embarrassed, perhaps. Or they’ve been persuaded by people for some reason that they shouldn’t talk to us. But we could use more help in trying to help the investors.”
