Tesoro Project covered entirely by Quantec Titan 24 Survey completed in two stages: Stage 1 - 9 survey lines totalling 21.6lkm, Stage 2 – 18 survey lines totalling 43.2lkm.
Titan 24 anomalies directly correlate with areas of known mesothermal gold mineralization particularly within the Main and Parallel Tesoro Structural Corridors.
Deep anomalies suggest the presence of significant mineralization and/or alteration zones at depth.
3D geophysical modeling of Titan 24 Surveys identifies two massive anomalies: 1,800m long x 1,700m wide x 1,300m thick, the other being 800m long x 1,000m wide x 300m thick.
Titan 24 Survey identifies both deep and shallow drill targets, 55 geophysical anomalies and recommends 52 drill holes.
Numerous anomalies with the same geophysical signature as the anomalies occurring within the Main Ctructural Corridor are also present outside the corridor.
Titan 24 Surveys locate disseminated gold zones on surface.
Development material returns average grade of 1.00 oz/t gold.
Over 1,000m of underground development completed.
Drilling recently commenced.
43-101 inferred mineral resource calculated: 4,290 tonnes grading 1.04 oz./t gold with total gold content of 4,460 ounces.
43-101 calculation based on 100m length and 100m depth of C1 Vein.
C1 Vein open to the east on all levels and to depth. ...p10 20,000m drill program designed to test the 55 near-surface and deeper- seated geophysical anomalies identified by Titan 24 geophysical surveys is ongoing.
52 drill holes recommended by Quantec GeoScience.
Two drill rigs capable of reaching 600m and 1,000m are on-site turning 24/7.
The Titan 24 anomalies being tested by drilling include IP chargeability highs, resistivity lows and highs, and MT derivatives, as well as various combinations of these anomalies.
Drilling has confirmed gold mineralization runs to depth.
Drill hole TE-11-06 returned 0.74 g/t Au over 37.85m between 90.6m to
128.5m. Additional drilling in this area is being carried out to accurately define a potential, bulk-tonnage mineralized target.
The Quantec survey data is continuously being re-evaluated and reinterpreted to take into account the all drill data to enable “fine tuning” of drill targets....p19 Tesoro Gold Project – St. Elias’ flagship property.
Located in prolific Nazca-Ocoña gold belt (long mining history back to pre-Incan
time – high-grade narrow veins, 1 - 20 oz/t gold.)
Five highly prospective zones (cluster of veins) identified, along Main Structural Corridor, to date; more than 50 veins totalling approximately 9km aggregate length.
Discovery of gold bearing Parallel Structural Corridor in 2011.
Unique nature allows St. Elias to explore and recoup exploration costs while
concurrently proving up 43-101 resources.
Bulk samples (development material) of over 1,157 tonnes at average gold grade of 0.93 oz/t.
Prior to ongoing drill program the property was never evaluated to depth, or to its full strike potential. Results of ongoing drilling confirm gold mineralization at depth.
Titan 24 Geophysical Surveys identify deep drill targets as well as two large geophysical anomalies – 1,800m long x 1,700m wide x 1,300m thick with the other being 800m X 1,000m and 300m thick.
20,000m drill program ongoing - testing high-priority targets identified by Titan 24.
Titan 24 survey also locates disseminated gold zones on surface....p7 Titan 24 - leading deep earth imaging technology for delineating ore bodies to depth.
Titan 24 considered a “Mine Finder” geophysical system.
Development costs for Titan 24 were so expensive that Quantec sold 15% of Titan 24 technology to Barrick and 15% to Noranda recovering 100% of its development costs. Both Barrick and Noranda took payment in kind (Quantec completed surveys for them for essentially free.) Quantec now owns a 100% interest.
Measuring parameters of DC (resistivity), IP (chargeability) and MT (magnetotelluric resistivity), Titan 24 measures to depths of 750 meters with IP and can explore beyond 1.5 kilometers with MT data.
Titan employs distributed array technology for data acquisition pioneered in the oil and gas industry. By measuring 24 or more stations simultaneously, Titan 24 is able to efficiently record and process a vast amount of data. By sampling more data, faster and simultaneously, it provides increased reliability and accuracy of information compared to other methods.
Majority of Titan 24 surveys completed are for major mining companies....p12...............A few points referring to driilling are out dated but you get the point..... Forgive me if I don't believe the drill results announced to date accurately describe what's present on the tesoro property. Lets not forget the 20 garbage piles the informales left behind that apparently may contain approximately 0.5-5g/t(according to the preliminary sampling). Keep drivin that sp down so I can get them cheaper. It's greatly appreciated. Notice how nowhere does it mention that any ore shoots have been "thoroughly exploited", yet a week before the agm when the shareholder sentiment was obvious, she states it twice in the same NR. Ive been following this for some time and have never seen this info presented before the dec 20th 2012 NR. No insinuations here. I'm just pointing out the timing. I find it entertaining actually. It just further verifies my thoughts on the property and what it most likely contains. IMO the potential shows so much that a little scraped of the top by "informales" doesn't hurt my feelings. Here's hoping for some efficiency within the system. Good luck all. oh and 'have fun with my post' goes out to the smalll handful of posters on stockhouse who insist on trying to discredit anything stated here. Its funny because most of these guys have stated at one time or another they sold their positions...yet they still gripe day after day about anything mentioned here lol. i wonder who they could be and why they insist on doing this? All in my opinion and interpretation. Go green. This is worth a second donation IMO.
