Thanks for the thoughtful post and I agree it feels like you have to triple check every phrase. It seems beyond what it should be imo which is why I feel SLAPP applies. A person shouldnt have that "looking over your shoulder" feeling while trying to discuss opinions and theories about a company we supposedly own. As a matter of fact we shouldnt have to come up with theories at all. What is happening should be clear and information coming to shareholders shouldnt be written in such a way as to be interpreted many different ways. We all know what I mean with that. In my opinion.
