Was trying to edit my post above, but it timed me out before I could finish. Realized that I better clarify my uncertainty, indicate that I am making presumptions, and identify the lack of information I have at my disposal when voicing my opinion.
Please disregard the post above and instead consider the edited version below:
Looks to me like nothing will be happening in this company until all the court issues are resolved. Was there not something happening this Tuesday? Anyone know if it will be a significant decision or not?
Would like to see this play out already.... looks like the CEO/BOD won't do anything to run this company, unless it is to run it into the ground spending company money fighting the majority of it's own share holders?Don't most companies continue to run their business regadless of what is happening in the legal department? Company needs to do what it is designed to do, follow it's business plan, to exist does it not? Only news I have seen from the company first quarter is regarding court battles with it's share holders, not running the company. I am sure there is a lot more going on behind the scenes in this regard?
Of course I am being presumptuous regarding company money being spent in a frivilous manner, maybe the CEO sold all of their shares to fund the court case (which to me apears to be personal in nature and not related to the company itself) on their own dime, so that they could use the company money for what it was intended - drilling, proving up properties by assaying samples, finding gold (or not), and..... sponsoring curvy lady fashion shows????
Wait a minute... what am I thinking... the news releases are company releases, not personal releases? I get so confused regarding what is the company acting in it's own best interest vs the CEO treating it like a cat does a sandbox.... so hard for me to know.
Please disregard all of my opinions as I obviously have no idea what is going on, or how this company intends to make any money. Worst business model ever? If anyone does know the current CEO's and/or BOD's plan to actually run this company and make some money for it's shareholders, as opposed to dedicating it's resources to quiet them and diregard their voice, please fill me in.
