IMO, I don,t believe Lori, BOD would let the claims lapse. In a court of law, after seeing that treasury money was spent on frivolous lawsuits instead of maintaining the company at a precarious state of the treasury, they would not be able to redeem themselves. Also, if IGD is gonna survive, it depends on Lori,s and the IGD boards, (in which most are the same BOD as SLI), actions as a management team. The damage that they are constantly inflicting upon their own character up to this time has been noticed by many, and an act like leaving the lease on the Tesoro lapse, would surely clinch the fate for them.
